How do they get a prize?
Do you tell Callie or do you make a list of people?
Because I won one and they said that my prize will be with me in a later date when they tell Callie.

Make a list of all people who won the event. Feed them back to the room owner (in my case the-sleepover) he/she then passes the names onto Callie and prizes will be given out from there.
