I've texted for 15 credits twice this morning and I haven't recieved the code yet. Is this happening to anyone else ?

ive texted 7 times for 35 creds,
ive had 7 replies saying system error try again late but it still charged me the 70p frm sending the texts in the 1st place the dumb thing
