    Unhappy Mogres?

    Anyone have any idea on how to "Lure" them out. I know you use fishing explosive but i'm not shure where abouts. I also know that it is at the mudkip point. I've tried all i can think of but it just says "Sinister as that fishing spot is, why would I want to explode it"
