Needing Sliced/Coded

Normally, I would do this myself, But I'm in a bit of a rush, I have over 4 websites to make in less of a week or so. If anyone could spare the time to code it and slice it, It would be greatly appreciated. If you are going to code it for me, Don't worry too much about CSS (etc) Ill do that as quickly as I can when I get it. Thank you

Could you possibly do the following;
- Expandable tables
- Php if you can (Not necessary, If you can only code HTML, that would be fine
- Center it Valign and align = Center
- Include this background; repeat=x

It's just temporary, I will be doing more things for "Twisted Terminal" once I get time, For the mean time, I just intend to get odd scripts set up so they can display their work. If no-one intends to code it by tonight, I may as well to it myself ^.^
