People keep telling me to reach 60 mage then do the Mage Arena and get a good staff.

Question is would I be strong enough, with just 60 mage? No defence or prayer?

Yeah you could but i'd advise super defence/highest dragonhide/leather you can wear and lots of sharks

What stats could I get up say for tomorrow, would make it a hell of alot of easier?

50 ranged for blue hides? High enough mage for Wind Wave maybe, but Fire Blast is good enough.

you dont need dragon hides orprayer you can do it easily with just magic take zammy robes mystic hat gloves and boots and i used fire blast and done it easy on my pure lvl 45 combat he had like 40 odd hp its very easy just take the runes and full hand of sharks and you can do it with ease you need 20 def to use mystic parts

Mystic requires 20 defence spud and just get 60 mage dont bother with prayer if you're keeping it a pure

The mini quest is the easy part.
Charging the staff is the hardest part, the mages hit quite high.

i said it requires 20 def :s i got flames of zammy 50 with flames = ownage !

You cant wear mystic or hides while getting the god staff i thought
