He said the opposite, that your to strong for the monsters he assigns, ignore him and get an assignment from him anwyway, whatever monsters he says you have to go and kill that amount...

or you can go to one in edge dunegon he kinda gives hard ones or i can give u and easy guy who gives easy tasks if yuor kinda low level his near tanverly dunegon near heros guild
