the clan i am in we usually go to the rune rocks, greaters, and giants. So yes those are the best ones. And if you wanna know an easy way to see if people are at greaters, check the gate. If it's open run in, if its not i wouldnt bother but you can always check. There is the advice from the lvl 79 newb And good luck
