New section for the newsie

Today, Dionysus held the first "SOAPBOX" where habbos discuss problems, announce new things, and ask questions about habbo related topics.

Dionysus announced that he may be writing a new section for the newsie that includes Habbo Furni Values.

I think that this may set the Trading prices instead of following what people are trading for.
