First of all, if you check a couple posts below me, HondaRyda, I believe those are very accurate values from what I've seen trading It is hard to get 5.0 for majestic and 2.5 for aloe. Also Hammock and Study does seem to go for hc+

To add a few more:

Red Dragon never draws 1.5 as many people sell theirs at 2 for 2.5
Red Dragon: 1.2 or 1.3 (seen about 10 times)

Red Fan isn't even close to 1.3. I've gotten for .5 several times. I've seen people want tubmasters for them.
Red Fan: .5 up to .8 (seen maybe 50+ times in last week, about 15 yesterday)

Green Dragon doesn't even go for hc, so 1.1 is off
Green Dragon: .8 or .9 (seen about 4-5 times)

Also the new pillar seems to be less than hc
Gold Pillar: .8 or .9 (seen 15+)

All these are seen from yesterday & today (Fan for much longer even)
