The template, As i explaind it probably is but i ent a good coder so i didn't upload it. it was a friend that claimed to of made it, anyway u don't have to have the template it's the hosting that counts u can change all the layout, i'm not just gunna sell with a blank white page, so don't start arguing with me, coz i cba to argue.
