Rare Values

I'm glad to see that the Rad Fan has finally been lowered bit, however it should still be lower.

Red Fan: .6 or .7 (seen 10+)
Green Dragon: .8 or .9 (seen 5+)
Red Dragon: 1.2 or 1.3 (seen 5+) People seem to want 2.5 for 2 or Hc and norms each.
Monolith: .9 (seen 5+) Seems to be dropping slightly.
Smoke: .5 (seen 15+) People are saying .5 for my smoke. I've gotten for a mocha or speaker several times.

Majestic: 4.9 Majestic is hard to get 5 hcs
Holoboy/Girl: 1.9 Holopods are hard to get 2hcs
Aloe Vera: 2-2.3 No one offers 2.5 any more.

Just a suggestion: I know a while back habbox had a poll question asking if habbox should list exact values or have a range.
(for example Majestic=4.5-5.0)

I do prefer the exact value method, but however I think the range method would favor certain rares. I think the range method should be used when new rares are released. The main reason is that new rare values change hourly (on the first day) so if habbox had a range, it would be far more accurate and could keep up with the changing value as well
