Mine actually was today, Interform football, a player on my team went in for a tackle and I swear to God the guy who got tackled knee cap was on the other side of his knee, really not nice.

I was on crutches for quite a while after that one. I was playing in the finals at the nationals and as i went up for a layup i felt something and as i fit the ground my leg just collasped and erm yeah so much pain couldnt do sport for absolutly ages

Broke the bone under my eye that they had to get bone from my head to replace in my eye

dislocated my shoulder
dislocated hip ( one leg is longer then the other now)
