Callie's probably busy choosing which rare to release in the catalogue. She's a little obsessed.
Either that or she's buying more pillars. They're the most likely reason why she's late removing the other rares.

Post-Christmas furni, and knowing Callie another rare, either one that's already been released or another Pillar. I say we bring in a new manager, one that understands the true value of rares and spends time working on things for the hotel, not buying Pillars.
