Go to this site Here : Yes, Click here
Now, we will go to our trusty keyboard ^^...
Now type in "How to Learn HTML"
Now after that click on the thousands and thousands of link provided.
Happy Reading.

Oh and before you start HTML i suggest you learn what HTML means first then get the basics of the tags.. <body>....etc.
