k im too lazy to smith rune meds and steel platebodys wat else is good?

please provide the price of the item and how much i get for high alching it thanks

You dont have to smith the rune meds , You can buy them 10k each and alc them.
Or yew longbows if you got 70 fletching, Buying 1k yews (300k), 1k nats (300k) and 1k bowstrings (150k) and make to yew longs and alc for 768k.

Or you could Alc Battlestaffs. You get 9300gp each from them
