You can forward your domain to the subdomain. e.g www.ineedtosleep.sygon-hosting.com could be the sub-domain. But you could forward your www.ineedtosleep.com to www.ineedtosleep.sygon-hosting.com. So you could type www.ineedtosleep.com and it would go to the sub-domain.
