Auto-reply no more?

Ok, earlier today, I used the help tool and choosed ' None of above '
You usually get an auto-reply with the faqs when you use that and then you're supose to reply if that didn't help.

Well, when I used it, I got no auto-reply. Did this change? If so why?

Or is it just me :p - Has this happen to you? If it's only me, the thread will be closed.. So give your opinions!

I have just tried it and got a auto reply. They can take quite awhile to arrive.

When you click send password you get frustrated so you send of for another. Then the first one comes and it doesn't work.
