Can't get weird hats those are from xmas update and it was removed, dragon helms. Kill fire giants or buy one..white dress is probaly desert clothes bought at shantay pass there's clothes shop in canifis..

:p Well the wierd hats could be anything.
White dress = Desert robes, get them in Al Kharid from Ali Morrisane.
Dragon helmet = buy, about 950k. 60 def.
