.... Ok, what in there may you be useing when you do exsorsize.... Engery.. what do you need to make engery in there thats pretty famos for being breathed in? .. oxigen, how does oxigen get to cells once its in the blood stream... pumped around in the blood, wich happens to be what a pulse referes to being the heart beets pumping the blood around, dont get enogh oxigen you wil end up doing anarobic resportaion, which will build up lactic asid, aka an oxigen dept, so u need the breathing and high pulse to get enogh object to power the cells when there haveing to exsert more engery, and to keep more resporation airobic
