uh no it aint.. 1.2 is part of cpanel scripts library.

Actually 1.3 was free. It wasn't until IPB 2.0 when they started charging. But to get a copy of IPB 1.3 anywhere else then the official IPB site, is illegal.

Naa they went payed before they did 2.0, the free 1.3 was the trail version as they used to do unlimited trials, they even did with 2,0 for a bit becuse they got a little to stingy and priced em all way up, and got rid of any decent trials *squints* tha *******s
