Hot chocolate is good try listening to some classical music which makes u sleepy

I get that too, I can only sleep after like 4 in the morning. Try laying in another postition like on your front or your side. Try a warm drink or putting lavender on your pillow. Hope I helped.

You can buy this herbal tea from some supermarkets or you could read a book and wait to dose off.

All I do when my sleeping pattern gets out hand is set my alarm for 7am, and get up straight away.
You'll automatically want to get to sleep earlier in the evening, because you'll be needing the energy.
If you can't do early mornings, exercise to get rid of you're energy.
If you don't have a solid sleeping routine, this tends to have an affect on your sleep. If you find it difficult, you need to makesure you exercise like pulch said
Usually, what makes me tired is going out for a walk in the evening, take my dog for a walk. For some reason it makes me sleepy and it helps.
Also, when going to sleep, don't think about sleeping, what usually happens when your just about to go to sleep you think "Yes I'm nearlly asleep" and then it reverses the effect and makes you awake again, Lol.
Reading also helps sleeping.
