Phone them up! I did that with my Virgin Simcard on my Birthday but I phoned them and they fixed it!

You have to ring the virgin help line theres the one Claz said but thats only on Virgin phones but there is another one from normal phones idk it though should be in your phone booklet and follow the instructions for your PUK code k

well under vodafone (my network) the phone usually has a book with handy numbers. If there's a book with numbers there should be a number under Virgin Mobile that will give u a PCI number. Use that number to unlock the phone. at least i think it's called a PCI number it's close to that. Try looking for numbers or call the helpline and they'll give you a number.
