If i'm not mistaken it's a paid for Flash layout. Although many people rip them from silly Warez forums/sites.

I think they cost around $50, but its best to look arond for a hosting template that no one has used.

It's easier creating your own. There is some Hosting layout tutorials on P2L

If its for a hosting site then why not buy a decent template? I mean your gonna get money from selling hosting.
