Thybag Needs A New Host? Any suggestions

Hey!

ok here the problem. Ax shutting down, and i need a new host, quite despertly, My last attempt ****ed me over and i will be getting a refund, that or i sue him, file complaint with his host, and report him for phising *i dont like being ****ed with*

Anyway, becuse of this i still need a good host at a reliavly cheep price. I Need cpanel with more aless unlimited fetures as well as at least 3 gb space and 20 gb bandwidth (Thybags getting pretty close to its 10 gb level so i may as well exspand) More would be better thogh "/

All i realy need is to find somewhere which offers that without being outragiosly exspencive or haveing crap loads of downtime and other annocances. A good level of fucntaly would also be useful since GD libarys are pretty essentaly for some of the planned fetures

If anyone can help me, i can thank with Live Invites on thybag as i cant give em here only say where than can be given. dispite the fact quite a few staff members get there invite of me anyway "/

Anyway Anyone go any suggestions to help?
