I think its Shujinko (beat the whole konquest mode)? Anywho Noob-Smoke is in a coffin which you need onyx coins he is located in the coffin: DM. And you have to fight/beat raiden in the orderrealm.

okay and shujinko is below raiden there is sumone to the right of raiden above hotaru left of kabal and under kenshi

you have to do:

-Go into konquest mode
-Play through the story until you get to Outworld for a second time
-Go to the living forest and talk to Kano
-He orders you to work in Li Mei's village where the palace is being
built
-Go into the hut at F-8 where you will find Li Mei
-She disappears leaving behind her chest

around area E-3 or E-4 surrounded by Seidan Guardsmen. Challenge and defeat Raiden to obtain the key to his Koffin in the Krypt.
