omg no offence but the background of the layout is SOOOOO ugly!!!
it hurts my eyes, why dont you make it like a gradient or a solid color....

Background is terrible, so is text it might be on sharp put it to normal give the banenr and boxes some sort of border and itll be good, and i really like the banner
