Please..its common sense, if you have 5 plugs in one transformer then its going to give you an electric shock..it was probably accidental.

I never had any problems, and the power outlet i use is grounded, which is kinda essental for anyone without a death wish, His own faul for dodgy wireing realy, there are reasons for the healf and safty guide lines "/
