i need a free forum with no ads Phpbb aswell with ftp,

or just give me a site thaty gives free hosting with ftp and cpanel so i can have the forum installed via there

If you mean cPanel, like.. the site designing one, then no one will give that to you free. If you mean phpBB's cPanel (control panel), then yeah, that's obvious.

It depends what your looking for. By your looking for:

FTP Access
PHP
MySQL
No Ads

You might find it hard to get a decent amount of space and bandwidth with all the above included.
