In .com hotel mostly all of the accoutns that were perm banned are now UN-BANNED, so if you have a permed account, I suggest you get your furniture and move it to another account as I have heard they will be permed again later on the day.

i think after every maintence all perm'd accounts are usuable for 5 minutes.

they did unban all accounts on UK for a day like in nov 05

It's happened many times. Usually after maintenence breaks, but obviously, we're very rarely told when those occur and when they'll finish...
