vip's can now get @habboxforum.com emails

vip's can now get @habboxforum.com emails with 10mb of space, anybody with a @habbox.com email can keep that unless you want to change.

also we dont allow the email to begin with the forum name as people will say oh vip and send u keyloggers/viruses its for safety and that is very important to us.
