Got em in various ways. First 200-250 or so because some dude offered to craft free laws if I provided the ess, though I didn't know about the whole world 66 thing but it worked anyway cos he carried too and stuff and it went fast. Then I was killing chaos druids for a while for the unids but when they dropped laws I took them. Then kyle told me what a noob I'd been and about the whole world 66 thing so I ran my last 600 laws like that in an hour or two. It took me an hour for my first run though cos I couldn't trade them fast enough roflmao.
Also, I sold them to happeedude for 300k as part of a members deal so thread closed
