Over the passed few day's, I've been having headache's and feeling sick and my eyes hurting. I think. And i'm starting to find it hard to concentrate and pay attention, I also keep forgetting stuff. I also got load's of stuff going on in my head. I'm thinking of load's of stuff and it's confusing and upsetting me. It's like somethings bothering me, But i don't know what. I've also had hardly any sleep, So that could be the reason too. Any advice on what it could be?
