    Default Were to fish for lobbys

    Can anyone tell me where i can fish for lobbys ive tried a few places but they seem to be members only areas.
    i know theres some where i can go on karamja but just cant seem to find the right place.
    could anyone kindly show me a screeny of exactly were it is please
