Well you need a PHP and MySQL host which has PhpMyAdmin and then you need to go to a tutorial site such as www.TechTuts.com and look through some tutorials, you then need to write out some code like theirs only modify it and suit it to your sites design and add other things onto it.

Then I suggest going to school and sitting through a full lesson of English spelling and writing.

Well you can't really get a ready set up one unless you give someone access to your cPanel to set up the Database and Table.

So basically what your saying your going to set up a free User System on his site yet you are going to charge him... It tells you the codes i'm sure he can upload a few PHP files and learn how to set up a MySQL Database and Table.
