Well im a bit of a n00b at css still so could anyone give me some help with a few things.

Firsly, i need to get a div layer to sit under a floated layer as if it were a normal layer, i cant use a clear: tag since it will clear the 2 side bars as well, rather than the 2 floated layers inside the center layer.

Well i got that working, the final major problem im left with, is for IE6, it works in every other browser ives tested in IE7, Firefox, netscape, opra etc etc.

IE6 is just randomly adding a line in to one of the top rows, and i can seem to figure out how to fix it "/

Ill PM you the link to the work in pogresss, since i dont want to make it avaible to everyone yet
EDIT: you removed the Pm feture and you dont go on msn any more... Well there my plan gone lol. I just cant figure out why its ****ing itself up.
    I Hate IE6 =.=
