As I've said a few times before, they are time controlled. They used to only shown between 11pm and 1am GMT. This no longer appears to be the case. You can stop these ads from appearing by blocking *ads.habbohotel.co.uk* in some form of web blocking application. This has no other effects than to disable advertisments while you change rooms and in rooms on billboards.
