    layouts are v. complicated, you cant just ask people to make them, they take time and effort for e.g. a good template would take about 7-8 hours to make, lol

    Try a pre-made template site, thats what they are for.

    Go to www.freelayouts.com


    There very good

    Download a layout put it somewhere where you can remember it


    And start of at www.freewebs.com Depending on how good you know your html if not go to www.hostultra.com if your good

    Make an account with freewebs or hostultra

    and then upload it and you will be able to edit it

    Any problems PM me
