Best place for support would be vbulletin.com/forum

'(Using password: NO)' You need a password and it needs to be the same as your cpanel password or it wont work

    Hey!

In Database Server Type, leave that as the default, also leave the hostname and IP to what it is.

If you cPanel username is Habbo and your database for the forum is called cheese, it would look like this:

    Database username: Habbo_Cheese

    Database password: password

    Database name: Habbo_Cheese

    Technical email: [email protected]

If that fails, go to http://www.vbulletin.com/members, log-in and go to Support.

    Good Luck
