Unless you really like fishing, it's not really worth it...as fishing sharks take ages. (I timed it at 17 and a half minutes per load once), so it's not the best money maker.
It's good to get it up though, just for the sake of raising levels.

Rash, how fast are lobsters at your level?

Pretty fast...probably twice as fast, if not faster than sharks.
I find it faster fishing at catherby too...in a busier world...for some reason.
