Why does everyone want Pure HCs now? I mean i have around 86 pure hcs but thats because i want to stay neutral so i dont loose any furniture with all the other rares dropping. whats your reason?

People want pure because you can easily trade pure for ANY other kind of rare you need or any bulk of norms you need.

Pure is easy in using when buying more expensive furniture like thrones, the trade box has only 6 boxes and HC sofas fit nicely into one.

Once getting the HCs you can trade for other rares such as birdbaths/nelly ectect as everyone would like them just for the convinance.

Nothing wrong with pure! and not everybody wants them people do want the odd other rares because in a room it wouldn't look as good with just HCs and thrones in it.

If you know how to trade, you'll know you sell everything for pure to be able to buy what you need with ease.

Thrones and hcs are the guidelines for rares so of course its easier to trade for them, but also .5s are becoming less popular nowadays
