i live in CHicago...USA and i return everything. Its america dude, if anything su.cks, you get your money back. Unless you live in UK...
but factions is gonna have more stuff to it so id get normal guild wars, play it for a month, get into it, then buy factions so you know what ur doin, but thats just me lol
