I recommend buying all medium/high level tree seeds and also herb seeds. Farming is a fairy new skill out and not that many people are clued up about it. You could quite easily buy ranarr seeds at 10K and sell on the forums for 20K each.

Likewise with papaya seeds. These sell on the forums for 70-80K each, you can offer people 20K for them and they think it's an awesome deal.
