When i've emailed her, or maybe someone else its come back from her email so i'm not sure on the above comment ^^

That is untrue; i've had a few Email conversations with her about certain events and such and I am 100% certain it was her Emailing.

I think what they mean is that if ione tells Callie that rares are a good thing, then Callie has to say rares are a good thing. I think that is quite normal for any person in a job.

You are paid to put across the businesses values and not your own.
