Hey, i need help coding my layout or someone to do it for me,
i tried slicking guide but my computer cant cope with dreamweaver (pure crap) ive tried loads of tutorials and cant get the hang can someone help me?

its just easier for iframes ... I think? and theyre easy to use but so are php includes i just didnt think of that
