Don't buy anything, herblore costs way to much, go to chaos druids at ardy or taverley dungeon for herbs and just find the secondary ingredients. I can train with you if you like, im aiming for 48 <-- im on 47 now

Buy rannars, pick snape grass below the crafting guild and water filled vails in ardy all for around 6020gp per herb and sell for 7-8k in fourms.

Herblore costs nothing for me, I just farmed the seeds I got from slayer monsters.

When I can, im buying 100 ranarrs 500k (some people sell 5kea). Then making them into prayer potions as Snape Grass is so easy to get. Then selling 6k per pot. And thats 100k profit.
It'll also raise my herblore.
