    Default Trapped nerve thingie

Okay, I've had a pain in my leg for over a month now so i went to the doctors and they said i had a trapped nerve. Does it stay trapped or something? I know this is a stupid question but i didn't really understand what it was he was saying.

Why didn't you ask him, instead of a bunch of teens who have no clue?

They can clear up naturally, but you can also have them massaged out I believe, and there are probably other remedies and such.

My mum had a trapped nerve in her back, She went to a PhysioTherapist or somebody like that and got it untrapped, go to your local doctor and ask to have a check-up with a PhysioTherapist.

    Hope this helped.
