why is the word "Hero'ine" filtered? it means a female hero, whereas heroin should be filtered seeing as thats the drug name.

Well we do have to protect against people trying to avoid the filter and I assume that's what they were trying to do. However, I have to agree with you, I think it should be unfiltered

Thats filtered because the name of the drug makes up the first 6 letters of hero'ine and the forum filters cant distinguish between a filtered word and one with an extra letter.
You wont even use that word anyway so quit complaining.

Neil you can actually in VB's put them in {} I think and it will only filter the word,I'm pretty sure it's that.

Yeah but in VB you can wrap words around {}'s and only the actual word gets filtered,so if you had a filtered word it would only filter say Heróin and not Heróine.
