Yes. It's called an incentive. Rather than simply publishing the winners, it tells you that you can see the winner's names after you have completed the recent poll, thus making you fill out the poll to see if you have won from the previous week. It actually shows us that Dionysus is and educated person, (to all those who thought otherwise) and that this poll idea was well thought out...
