ok the frame i have done is the main iframe, and i think it may be a bit aukward to read so i dont want to continie if ill have to do it again so what u think? any thing you think it needs apart from the other 3 boxes is appriciated :]

Rather basic design, but I like your idea of marking out shading areas with different colours, it's cool.
