I noticed alot of Values differences. Here they are

* Many Habbo's are trying to get petals for 3.5 but unfortunatley no one is trading them, which is making people offer more.

Bronze Nelly/Silver Nelly - 3.5 - 3.7

* Many Habbo's are not trading the Nelly's, because they are on the rise.. which thats why people are wanting them so bad, so Habbos are offering more. And due to Cloy's Rare trades.

Silver Birdbath - 5.5 - 6

* Many Habbo's are offering more as they are on the rise.

White Pillow - 1 - 0.08 <Seen several Times>

* Habbos are not offering quiet alot for these white pillow's? Maybe becausew they recently came out in cato, as thats what happens to the majority of rares that recently came out in cato.

Thanks for your report although please take note of the following.

Your values seem pretty accurate although please include the amount of times you see each item of furni being traded for the prie you have given. Sorry I don't quite understand your method Maybe produce a clearer one? What i would recommend you do is set it out like this:

Throne - 23 CS - Seen 3 times. If you want you can also give your reason below like usual.

And the arrows you use are quite confusing so unless they are truly needed i would recommend you leave them out for a more clearer report.
